Aren’t these the most beautiful multi-colored carrots? When I first saw this on La Tartine Gourmande it made me smile and reminded me of 2 things. 1. all the Spring Fashion that is hitting all the stores and 2. my wedding diet. I’ve noticed that every kind of vegetable catches my eye right away because it’s what I feel like I should be eating 24/7 and I’m always looking for new veggies to add to my meals.
